Join the community and have access to:

✺Vegetarian recipes, vegan and gluten-free options - to integrate a healthy and sustainable diet for our body and the environment, based on one of the principles of Yoga, that of non-violence (Ahimsa).
​
✺Creative writing, creative journaling, and self-inquiry to deepen self-knowledge and create a small practice of emotional expression intertwined with the class theme and the principles of Yoga. Once a week, a topic linked to the reflection and energy promoted in the class will be sent to the student, on which the student can reflect/write with complete freedom, opening space for each one's creativity.
